Reservations / Payments / Cancellations 

Caju Villas Montargil offers you the option of paying by credit/debit card.

You can cancel your reservation without any penalty up to 60 days before the check-in date and get a full refund. If you wish to cancel your booking less than 60 days before your check-in date, you will not be entitled to a refund (except in duly proven cases of force majeure).

The amount can be refunded within 10 working days of cancellation.

Our invoices are issued by default as the final consumer.

If you would like an invoice with your tax information, please ask us at info@cajuvillasmontargil.com, when you book or when you check out. From the day after check-out, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to issue an invoice with your tax information for accounting reasons.

Once your booking has been finalised and confirmed by Caju Villas Montargil, you will receive all the necessary information in your email.

Caju Villas Montargil may at any time change the value of existing rates, except for bookings already made.

Caju Villas Montargil may at any time cancel or suspend any package or promotion on its website.

Check-in and Check-out 

Check-in time is from 4pm and you must inform Caju Villas Montargil in advance of your arrival  time. Check-out time is until 12 noon.

Check-in at Caju Villas Montargil is autonomous, using the safe system.

The day before your check-in date, you will receive an email with all the information you need  to check in.

Mandatory rules and restrictions 

. No barbecues.

. No smoking inside the Villa.

. It is forbidden to make any kind of fire.

. Overnight stays beyond the villa’s maximum capacity are not permitted.

. All the pools in the villas are lined with canvas and it is expressly forbidden to use any kind of  sharp material or material not suitable for swimming pools.

. We want all our guests to have a good rest during their stay, so we ask that during the hours  of 10pm to 10am all noise is moderated so as not to disturb anyone’s rest.

. All technical areas are not accessible to guests.

Failure to comply with any of the above points may result in additional costs to the client in the  event of damage to the Villa and may result in the loss of the right to stay, without refund.
